CANCELLATION & LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

At SJ7 Medspa, I value my clients’ time as well as my own. My goal is to provide the best experience possible, and in order to do so, I ask that all appointments be honored with consideration for my schedule and other clients.

Consultation & Cancellation Fees

A $50 consultation fee is required to book your initial appointment. This fee is credited toward any service you choose at your visit. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice to avoid a $50 cancellation fee.

Since I am not currently accepting credit cards, all consultation fees must be paid at the time of booking via Venmo, Zelle, or Apple Pay. Your appointment is not confirmed until the payment has been received.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, I may need to reschedule your visit out of respect for my other clients. Please communicate any delays as soon as possible.

No-Show Policy

A no-show appointment will result in a $50 fee before rescheduling any future services.

How to Submit Your Consultation Fee

After selecting your appointment time, I will send you a confirmation message with payment details. Your appointment will be held for 12 hours while the payment is received. If the consultation fee is not submitted within this time frame, the appointment will be released.
