At SJ7 Medspa, I want to ensure you have the best possible experience. Below are answers to some of the most common questions to help you prepare for your appointment.

1. What are the age requirements for treatments?

Clients must be 18 years or older to receive services at SJ7 Medspa. I do not treat minors, even with parental consent.

2. How should I prepare for my appointment?

For optimal results, please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face and avoid applying any skincare products before your appointment.

​​

​

3. What should I avoid before my treatment?

To minimize the risk of bruising and swelling, please avoid alcohol, blood-thinning medications, and supplements such as aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, and vitamin E for at least 48 hours before your appointment (unless prescribed by your doctor).

4. Can I bring my child or a guest?

For safety and to maintain a relaxing environment, children are not allowed unless supervised by another adult. I kindly ask that you do not bring guests to your appointment unless necessary.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

I currently accept Venmo, Zelle, and Apple Pay. A $50 consultation fee is required to secure your appointment, which will be applied toward your service.

6. What is your cancellation and late policy?

7. Where can I find post-care instructions?

Post-care instructions vary by service, but general guidelines may include:

          • Avoid intense exercise, saunas, or excessive sun exposure for at least 24-48 hours.

          • Do not apply makeup for the rest of the day after injectables or microneedling.

          • Follow all aftercare instructions provided at your appointment.

8. Can I receive treatment if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?

For safety reasons, I do not perform treatments on pregnant or breastfeeding clients.

9. What if I have a history of cold sores?

If you are prone to cold sores, please let me know before your appointment. Certain treatments may trigger an outbreak, and you may need to take antiviral medication in advance.

10. Do you offer refunds on services?

All sales are final, and due to the nature of treatments, I do not offer refunds. However, I am committed to your satisfaction and will work with you to achieve the best possible results.
